Beauty, brains and a wicked sense of style...

Could that so easily sum up one of the Blogosphere's most prolific and profitable style-stars?
Well it's a start... Meet Caitlin Lindquist, your host of 'A Little Dash of Darling' - a personal style + beauty blog.
As you know on The A-List - we love those who love fashion. The rare birds who get that it's a medium to experiment with and have fun. Caitlyn's inclusion of bright colors, full skirts, delicious Chanel bags and A-List favorite, leopard print is the true embodiment of personal style. Her love of all things feminine and well... darling - even extends to her home where she often posts fresh decor ideas like using a bar cart as your bedroom night stand. (Love that!).
A deeper look into Caitlin's blog though finds not only someone deftly managing her career and budding brand but one who lives her life with much wonder and gratitude.
The topper came when we met her adorable Min-Pin (miniature pinscher) pup, 'Mr. Moo'. and that's when we knew we had to ask... Caitlyn Lindquist of 'Little Dash of Darling'... What's on YOUR A-List?

FAVORITE HAIR PRODUCT:
FAVORITE COSMETICS:
* My favorite cosmetic is eyeshadow. I am a huge fan of Urban Decay's Naked palettes. They always incorporate the most beautiful gold tones that light up my brown eyes.
SIGNATURE FRAGRANCE:
* My signature fragrance has always been Chanel's Chance Perfume. It has just the right hint of both summer and fall.

FAVORITE SHOPPING WEBSITES:
* It's impossible to have just one favorite shopping website.
I am a forever fan of Nordstrom.com for their wide selection and great customer service. Shopbop.com always has the best of my favorite brands and designers, RevolveClothing.com is my go-to for under the radar brands that not everyone has yet heard of, and I love Intermix.com for my favorite edgier brands.
WHAT'S YOUR GO-TO OUTFIT OR ONE THAT YOU ALWAYS LOOK GREAT IN:
WHAT'S ALWAYS ON YOUR GROCERY LIST:
* I go to the grocery store essentially everyday and without fail I always have chicken at the top of the list. We are not big fish or meat eaters and are always looking for new ways to reinvent chicken. I just bought the cookbook, "Fifty Shades of Chicken: A Parody In a Cookbook" by F.L. Fowler and it's full of hilarious (and delicious) recipes.

WHO DO YOU FOLLOW ON INSTAGRAM OR TWITTER:
* Some of my favorite people to follow on Instagram include my husband (@benlindquist) because I can't stop staring at his handsome face, my parents so I can keep up with whatever adventure they are currently on, Nicole Warne of Gary Pepper Girl because her travels and photography are incredibly inspirational, @maisonvalentino because he's my favorite designer and National Geographic because this earth is incredible.

ANY HOME DECOR OR DECORATING TIPS?
* Treat your home as you would an outfit... don't be afraid to mix and match (and don't forget the accessories). I also have been trying to think outside the box and use furniture in a unique way (e.g. using a bar cart or a console table as bedside tables as I have here and here).
BEST GIFT YOU HAVE EVER RECEIVED:
* The best gift I ever received was my husband (thank you, God). And also, nothing will ever beat my baby mini moo (our pup), whom I got as a Christmas gift. But if I were not counting loved ones, then I would have to go with my first Chanel bag I got as a gift for graduating law school from both my husband and parents. It was a milestone in more ways than one.
BEST GIFT YOU HAVE EVER GIVEN:
* The best gift I ever gave was a book I made for my dad when I was younger about why a daughter needs her father. I included pictures from our adventures and why his love and support means everything to me.
WHAT'S A GREAT GIFT IDEA FOR THE PERSON WHO HAS EVERYTHING:
* That's the age-old question... and one that baffles me every year on Mother's Day. Yup, that's right... I am talking to you, Mom! I usually go with a heartfelt, thoughtful gift or something I know I would love. But it all depends on the person and their interests.
Congratulations Caitlin & Little Dash of Darling... You just Made The A-List
