Are there some exercises that we should make sure to have on our workout list?
Definitely, the foods to avoid to keep a nice lean body are: pasta, soda, bread and sugar
Any other fitness related tips?
The key to a lean body and nice abs is proper nutrition first. Focus on eating whole fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and fish (if you eat them), healthy carbs like quinoi, brown rice and sweet potatoes and healthy fat like avocado, almonds, and wild caught salmon. Couple your nutrition with cardio and weight training and you will have the body you desire!
